Eastbourne Music Fest Events are normally held at the Kings Conference Centre in Hampden Park, with its state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems to ensure that every performance by our live bands is an unforgettable experience. 

This venue is fully accessible and is equipped with excellent disabled facilities (please see below for more details), ensuring that all our guests have an amazing night.

The Kings Centre is easy to get to with immediate access to the A22, a 10 minute walk from Hampden Park Station and there will be free on-site parking available on the night for our guests.

You are guaranteed to get in the party mood as soon as you walk into the room with our full lighting display and ready to receive dance floor. We will also have cabaret seating set up so you can rest your legs after getting your groove on or rocking out with our bands.

Doors will normally open at 6.15PM so you can get those drinks in from our fully stocked licensed bar, or grab a bite to eat to keep your energy levels up!

Eastbourne Music Fest are set up to be relaxed and friendly feel-good events, and your safety and security is a high priority to us. Our on-site dedicated Security Team will be there to ensure this, and they will have a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to any negative behaviour.

Our aim is to make our events cater for all styles of music lovers, so whether you love to dance or want to chillax with friends and to listen to some great live music, it will be night to remember!

When you arrive, you will be welcomed by our team and provided with a wristband that will allow you to come and go as often as you like during the night. We highly recommend that you pre-order your tickets before you arrive to help you get ready to party quicker, but you can also buy them on the door.

We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for our guests and our zero tolerance approach is supported by our dedicated and highly experienced security team. Our events are 🔞18+ and if you are lucky enough to look younger than this 😊, our security team may ask you for some ID!

Please be aware that strictly NO ALCOHOL or FOOD not purchased from our amazingly stocked bar and refreshment areas can be brought into the event, and bags may be checked by our security team to ensure the safety of all our guests.

With such full-on intense events like ours, with pumping tunes and epic lighting productions, we understand that you may want to take a ‘breather’ so we have made it easier for you to leave and come back in as you please!

When you first arrive, we will scan your ticket (if you grabbed them in advance), and provide you with a wristband that you can wear for the duration of the night. This will allow you to simply show this to our security team whenever you leave and re-enter.

Please note that for the safety of our guests, we won’t allow drinks to be taken outside of the venue and when you re-enter you may have to have your bag checked again by our security team.

Tickets for each of our events will be available to buy online from the online ticket seller website, (there are links for each one on our Event page and also on our social media sites. We recommend this option for our guests to speed up your entry on the night and to ensure the best deal cost wise.

But, if you haven’t had a chance to grab your tickets, you will be able to buy them on the door during our events. Please see our ticket pricing for more information on our different rates and keep your eyes out for our promotions.

When we launch each event, we offer our guests a chance to grab tickets at a discounted price during our “early-bird” period.
The cut off dates and reduced prices will be displayed on each of our event pages on our website and social media sites. But do contact us if you need as we will be happy to help!
If you do miss this period, we do sometimes also have time limited offers so follow us on Facebook or keep an eye on our website to keep up to date with what’s coming up next and ensure you get the best deal!

For all of our events, Eastbourne Music Fest will provide a very well stocked licensed bar, serving a wide range of your favourite alcoholic and soft drinks.

We aim to have something for everyone to keep you refreshed throughout the evening. We also have drinking water available at the bar for free if its pure hydration you need to get you back on the dance floor!

There will be a variety of different food on offer, from normal bar snacks to hot freshly prepared items.. We aim to choose a dedicated food vendor who will have a range of things on their menu, but we cannot guarantee to cater for all special dietary requirements, lifestyle choices or those with allergies or food intolerances. Please do speak to them if you need list of allergens or more information on their tasty food options.

Our bar and food counters are open from when our event doors open at 6.15pm so you can get your refreshments in before our bands kick off.

Unfortunately, we do not allow our guests to bring in their own food and drink to our events and we do ask that our guests are responsible drinkers.

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests, our security team may ask to check your bags on entry and have a zero-tolerance approach to unfriendly behaviour.
